Correspondence Community of Practice
Bay is also the sole sponsor of the Correspondence Community of Practice. The Correspondence Community of Practice (CCoP) is a network and discussion platform of interested people who wish to learn from each other, experience, and share and create new knowledge and innovations around their correspondence compliance competency. CCoP works mainly through virtual exchange via the CCoP Website, but it also consists of face-to-face meetings and public events. CCoP is per definition self-running, that means that members participate and attend voluntarily, because of their interest.

A correspondence professional is someone whose day-to-day activities involve processing, writing or managing correspondence.
