m Enhanced Worklist Performance - The Worklist views have been redeveloped to minimise LAN/WAN traffic.
m Session timeout indicator - The system will advise when the user session is due to time out, allowing an item save/refresh if required.
m Additional escalation colouring in worklist - If an input officer is assigned a due date, and input has not been completed by this date, the item will be coloured Orange in worklist views.
m Notification of input provided - The Item CAP is now notified via when an input officer provides input.
m Buffering enhancements - reduction in visible flicker when refreshing a page in Internet Explorer.
m Public holiday and non-working days calculations - The system now will exclude these - (this may require quotation)
m Self Healing - System will resolve and correct data if a change to UserID/Email Address/Domain combination is detected that will cause data integrity issues.
m Prompt on Save - system now consistently detects and advises if a data change has occurred asking the user for confirmation if item is closed without a save.
m Cursor defaults to first active field on the screen for Keyboard users.
m Acknowledgement Letter Template and Group - Acknowledgement templates are now administrable, uploaded by the system administrator. Additionally an Acknowledgement letter template may now be associated with a given Division, allowing a separate Acknowledgement letter template to be used on a divisional basis. The Acknowledgement Letter group is now dynamic and will not be displayed on the 'Received' form unless a template has been uploaded by the system administrator.
m Reminder dialogues - The reminder dialogues displayed reminding the user to add Attachments have been updated.
m Enhancements to Response Within Division - Additional development when using document type of RWD has been incorporated to enhance user experience.
m Improvement in ease and time for system installation.
