September 2006 - After successfully completing the development and implementation of the e-Works system for the Australian Department of Transport and Regional Services (DOTARS) during 2005, Bay has now been retained to enhance the system and extend it further to other business-critical Departmental functions.  The system supports the Ministerial and Executive correspondence workflow requirements.
