New South Wales Office of Water Chooses CIRAM

July 2009 - The NSW Department of Water and Energy, now the New South Wales Office of Water (NOW), has recently selected CIRAM as its preferred Case Management System for the management all of incidents and investigations against all water legislation enforced by the department.

The use of CIRAM will encompass the entire investigations process, from registration through to enforcement of compliance outcomes.

Not only will this allow NOW to record and monitor all incidents and investigations in a structured, auditable manner, it will also enable the department to produce management reports across all data recorded in CIRAM.

Additionally, Bay will be providing a range of value added services to the NOW, ranging from innovative technology integration and improved reporting and analytical tools.

Bay Technologies' CEO Mark Pickering said this new contract reinforces the company's position as Australia's leading provider of Case and Investigation Management Systems in the Government Environmental Enforcement market.

Bay is excited to consider NOW a compliance partner and looks forward to working closely with the department into the future, helping NOW achieve their compliance and investigation goals.
