Brisbane City Council Selects Mincor 4.0

March 2008 - Brisbane City Council is the largest local government body in Australia in terms of budget and population.  The Council's annual budget is around $1.6bn, and it has assets of $13bn.  The Council carries out extensive consultation with residents, and receives thousands of items of correspondence annually.  Managing that correspondence to ensure appropriate response times, measure performance indicators and customer satisfaction is a significant task.

Brisbane City Council selected MinCor 4.0 to provide the application and process support needed to handle these large amounts of correspondence.  According to Nicole Taudevin, Manager of the Lord Mayor's Administration Office, MinCor 4.0 has enabled the Council to "cut process times from 2-4 days to 2-4 hours".

MinCor 4.0 has delivered real value to Brisbane City Council in reducing process times, improving accountability and transparency, and enabling detailed performance monitoring to be matched to internal key performance indicators.
